Job Title:  Manager | SAP BRIM | Bengaluru | SAP

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Senior SAP CM and BRIM Consultant to lead complex implementation projects, design customized solutions, and provide expert advice to clients on optimizing maintenance processes within their organization, including analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP CM functionalities to meet specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Conduct detailed business needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the client's maintenance processes, translating them into functional specifications for SAP CM implementation. 
• Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure SAP CM functionalities including work orders, preventive maintenance plans, equipment master data, functional locations, and reporting structures to align with the client's requirements. 
• Implementation and Deployment: Lead the implementation process by coordinating with cross-functional teams, performing system configuration, testing, and data migration to deploy the SAP CM solution. 

·      Customization and Development: Work with ABAP developers, CC, CI and SOM teams to create custom solutions and enhancements within SAP CM to address specific business needs where standard functionalities are insufficient. 

·      Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide comprehensive training to end-users on SAP CM functionalities, ensuring efficient adoption and usage of the system. 

·      Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction. 

·      Troubleshooting and Support: Provide post-implementation support, resolving issues, and addressing user queries related to SAP CM functionalities. 

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CM) and SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM).
• Extensive experience working on DigitalRoute's MediationZone, including configuration and customization to meet specific business requirements.
• Experience in the telecom, utilities, or subscription industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, gather requirements, and effectively present technical information. 
• Experience in consulting roles with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP CM implementations. 
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud-based SAP deployments (S/4HANA) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP BRIM certification.
• Experience in leading small to medium-scale projects.
