Your work profile

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM SOM (Subscription Order Management) Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in BRIM SOM implementation and AMS support projects. The candidate should be capable of working in highly customized SAP BRIM landscapes and possess cross-domain BRIM knowledge to support complex order-to-cash and subscription lifecycle scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP BRIM SOM implementation and AMS support activities
• Configure and manage SOM processes, including:
• Subscription product modelling
• Order capture, orchestration, and fulfilment
• Change, suspension, renewal, and termination scenarios
• Handle incident, problem, and service request in AMS engagements
• Work on highly customized SOM solutions and enhancements
• Perform root cause analysis and provide effective functional solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CM, CC, CI and ABAP)
• Support end-to-end BRIM process flows from order capture to billing
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and KT materials
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and business users

Key skills required: 

• 6–10 years of overall SAP experience with strong focus on SAP BRIM SOM
• Hands-on experience in BRIM SOM implementation and AMS projects
• Strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture and order-to-cash lifecycle
• Experience working in highly customized SAP BRIM systems
• Cross-domain BRIM knowledge (CM, CC and CI – exposure preferred)
• Good understanding of integration points within BRIM landscape
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Educational Qualifications: Any Bachelors
