Work you’ll do

The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:

SAP BTP Professional should have:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Java technologies.
• Architect cloud-native solutions using SAP BTP services including Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and related Java runtimes.
• Drive the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Manage and mentor development teams working on Java-based SAP BTP applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Establish best practices and governance around SAP BTP development, DevOps, and Java application management.
• Oversee integration of SAP BTP applications with SAP S/4HANA, external APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Lead Agile project delivery, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and coding standards.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging SAP BTP and Java technologies and recommend strategic adoption.

Required Skills:

• • 8+ years of experience in Java development with significant exposure to SAP BTP platform.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP BTP components, including Cloud Foundry, Kyma runtime, and Java runtimes.
  • Hands-on experience architecting and delivering cloud-native, microservices-based solutions.
  • Experience managing teams and driving end-to-end project delivery in Agile environments.
  • Proficiency with RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and SAP system landscapes (S/4HANA, ECC).
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • SAP certifications in BTP, Java, or related fields are a plus

Qualifications

• Experience Level: 8+ years

• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
