Your work profile

• As an SAP CAR professional you need to lead SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) implementations, support engagements, and digital retail transformation initiatives.
• Should possess strong expertise in SAP CAR modules, SAP Retail, S/4HANA integrations, and omnichannel retail processes.
• The role requires managing client relationships, leading delivery teams, and ensuring successful project execution.
• Lead solution architecture, testing, cutover planning, and go-live support.
• Review functional specifications, enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor consultants, conduct solution reviews, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
• Support presales activities, effort estimation, solution proposals, and client presentations.

Key skills required

• 8+ years of SAP CAR expereince
• Lead end-to-end SAP CAR implementation, rollout, and support engagements.
• Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and architecture discussions.
• Design and configure SAP CAR solutions, including:
• POS Data Transfer & Audit (POSDTA)
• Omnichannel Article Availability (OAA)
• Inventory Visibility (IV)
• Unified Demand Forecast (UDF)
• Promotion Management for Retail (PMR), where applicable.
• Drive integration between SAP CAR.
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA
