The Team

As part of our SAP Finance Transformation practice, you will help clients optimize their Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes through advanced SAP FSCM solutions, enabling better credit risk management, improved collections efficiency, and effective dispute resolution.

Your Work Profile

• Lead and support SAP FSCM implementations in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Configure and implement SAP Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management solutions.
• Design and deploy credit management frameworks aligned with organizational credit risk policies.
• Configure credit segments, risk classes, scoring models, and automatic credit checks.
• Integrate external credit rating agencies and third-party risk assessment tools with SAP FSCM.
• Design and implement workflow-based credit approval and release strategies for blocked sales orders.
• Configure collections strategies, worklists, collection segments, and prioritization rules.
• Implement dispute management processes, including dispute case creation, workflow management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Receivable, and Sales teams to optimize cash flow and reduce overdue receivables.
• Support system testing activities including SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live support.
• Provide production support, user training, and process improvement recommendations.

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FSCM implementations.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation programs.
• Expertise in Credit Management migration from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Experience implementing FSCM solutions across global organizations.
• Knowledge of Cash Management and Treasury integration is an added advantage.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA, CA, CMA, or SAP Certification in SAP FSCM, SAP S/4HANA Finance, or SAP Credit Management preferred.
