Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end SAP CO implementations and rollouts across industries.
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements related to cost controlling, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.
• Design and configure SAP CO components including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA / Margin Analysis), Transfer Pricing.
• Drive integration of SAP CO with FI, MM, SD, PP, and S/4HANA modules.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams for custom developments (RICEF).
• Lead solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support.
• Manage client stakeholders, conduct design discussions, and obtain solution sign-offs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices aligned with SAP S/4HANA.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Contribute to capability-building initiatives and practice development within SAP Finance domain.

Key skills required

• 9-12 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP CO (Controlling).
• Hands-on experience in 3–5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably in S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of:Cost Center Accounting (CCA),Internal Orders,Product Costing (Standard Costing, Actual Costing),Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA – both costing-based & account-based)
• Experience in integration with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Strong knowledge of financial closing processes, allocations, Material Ledger and settlement
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, Margin Analysis preferred).
• Ability to create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
• Experience with data migration, testing cycles, and post go-live support.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
