Your work profile
- Lead end-to-end SAP Integration Suite / CPI implementations and support engagements.
- Design and architect integration solutions between SAP and third-party applications.
- Manage integration projects involving SAP S/4HANA , other SAP products, Legacy and cloud applications
- Drive integration strategy, governance, standards, and reusable assets.
- Lead offshore/onshore teams and manage project delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and functional consultants.
- Conduct requirement workshops and prepare technical solution documents.
- Ensure best practices around: Security, Monitoring, Error handling, Performance optimization
- API management, Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Participate in presales, solution estimation, and proposal preparation.
- Support client escalations and provide technical leadership.
Key skills required
- 12-18+ years of SAP experience with at least 8-10 years in SAP CO and leadership roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in: SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP Integration technologies, API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors
- Expertise in: Groovy scripting, XSLT, Message Mapping, XML/JSON transformations
- Strong understanding of: REST APIs, SOAP, OData, IDoc , RFC, SFTP , HTTPS
- Experience with SAP and non-SAP integrations.
- Knowledge of integration monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and transport management.
- Understanding of cloud integration architecture and security standards.

- Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Integration Suite / CPI certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations or RISE with SAP projects.
- Exposure to SAP BTP services and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Prior consulting experience in large-scale transformation programs preferred.
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
