Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end data management initiatives, including data governance, data quality, data migration, and master data management (MDM).
• Define and implement data management strategies, standards, and best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Manage data migration activities, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
• Lead project teams, oversee delivery, manage risks, and ensure successful implementation within project timelines

Key skills required

• Lead data migration workstreams from assessment through hypercare. 
• Manage data profiling, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, mock loads, cutover, and post-go-live support. 
• Coordinate with SAP functional consultants, business users, technical teams, and ETL developers. 
• Review migration design documents, mapping specifications, and reconciliation reports. 
• Manage project planning, delivery tracking, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and quality assurance. 
• Lead client workshops and provide migration advisory. 
• Mentor consultants and support capability development. 
• Contribute to solutioning, effort estimation, proposal preparation, and innovation initiatives. 
• Drive automation and adoption of AI tools in migration activities. 
• Required Skills & Experience 
• 9–14 years of IT experience with strong SAP Data Migration expertise. 
• Experience delivering multiple SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. 
• Strong understanding of SAP functional modules including FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, EWM, and related master and transactional data objects. 
• Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), Syniti, Informatica, or other ETL tools. 
• Good knowledge of SQL, SAP tables, IDocs, BAPIs, LSMW, APIs, and migration methodologies. 
• Experience in Data Profiling, Data Quality, Data Cleansing, Validation, Reconciliation, Cutover, Mock Loads, and Hypercare. 
• Strong delivery management, communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.   

Mandatory: 

• SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Data Migration 

• End-to-end Data Migration Lifecycle 

• Master Data, Transactional Data, and Historical Data Migration 

• SAP functional knowledge across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM, EWM etc., 

• ETL tools (SAP BODS, Syniti, Informatica etc., any ETL tool would be fine) 

• SQL and data analysis 

• SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Tables, IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, and LSMW 

• Data Profiling, Data Quality, Cleansing, Validation, and Reconciliation 

• Cutover Planning, Mock Loads, Dress Rehearsals, and Hypercare 

• Strong consulting, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA, or SAP Certification in SAP S/4HANA
