Your work profile

• As an experienced SAP EWM Manager to lead the implementation, support, and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. Will be responsible for managing warehouse processes, driving digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules, and leading EWM projects to improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP EWM solutions.
• Manage warehouse processes including: Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Putaway Strategies, Picking and Packing, Cross-Docking, Replenishment, Physical Inventory

Warehouse Monitoring, Yard Management, Labor Management (where applicable)

• Configure warehouse structures including: Warehouses, Storage Types, Storage Sections, Bins, Activity Areas, Work Centers

Business Process Optimization

• Analyze warehouse operations and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity initiatives.
• Develop and implement best practices for warehouse management and logistics operations.
• Support barcode, RF device, and mobile warehouse solutions.

Integration & Technology

• Ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and: SAP S/4HANA, MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management)

TM (Transportation Management), MES/WMS interfaces

• Support EDI and third-party logistics integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reporting solutions.

Project Management

• Lead SAP EWM implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best-practice solutions.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate system testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.

Leadership & Governance

• Lead and mentor SAP EWM consultants and support teams.
• Manage relationships with business users, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Define support processes, SLAs, and governance models.
• Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse, inventory, and audit requirements.

Key skills required

• 8-15 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP EWM.
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM preferred.
