Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Manager with strong expertise in Extended Warehouse Management and leadership capabilities to manage SAP EWM implementations, enhancements, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP EWM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and design SAP EWM solutions aligned with warehouse and logistics processes.
• Configure and support SAP EWM functionalities including Inbound, Outbound, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Replenishment, Physical Inventory, and RF Framework.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams for integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, TM, and WM modules.
• Manage end-to-end EWM project delivery, timelines, and resource planning.
• Lead testing, defect resolution, deployment, and hypercare/post-go-live support activities.
• Provide technical/functional guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and status reports.
• Ensure project governance, quality standards, and best practices are followed.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM Configuration and Support.
• Expertise in Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution processes.
• Experience with Embedded and Decentralized EWM implementations.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, TM, and third-party warehouse systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage SAP EWM workstreams/projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholder/client management experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
