Your work profile

• Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Manage end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling processes across business units.
• Provide strategic guidance on financial systems and process improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Functional Expertise
• Configure and support:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing
• COPA (Profitability Analysis)
• Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and HR modules.
• Project Management
• Manage SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation projects.
• Prepare project plans, monitor milestones, and manage risks/issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external consultants.
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Business Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
• Drive standardization of finance and controlling processes.
• Support financial close, reporting, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Team Management
• Lead and mentor SAP FICO consultants and analysts.
• Conduct performance reviews and skill development initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption.
• Governance & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and internal controls.
• Support statutory, internal, and external audits.
• Maintain SAP documentation, SOPs, and change management processes.

Key skills required

• 8-15 years of SAP FICO experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience in at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.
• Experience in global rollout and support environments.
• SAP FI and CO configuration expertise.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Financial Closing Cockpit.
• Integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS.
• SAP Fiori applications.
• Financial Reporting and Analytics.
• Understanding of GST, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of SAP BPC, SAC, or Group Reporting is an advantage.
• SAP project delivery within budget and timelines.
• System availability and support SLA compliance.
• User satisfaction and adoption.
• Process efficiency improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA is preferred.
• SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
