Your work profile
As a Consultant in our SAP FICO team, you will:
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful finance solutions
- Lead and contribute to SAP FICO implementations, focusing on General Ledger (GL) and Asset Accounting (AA)
- Drive S/4HANA Finance transformations, including system design, configuration, and deployment
- Configure and manage:
- Chart of Accounts, Fiscal Year Variants, Posting Periods
- Financial Closing and Reporting processes
- Asset lifecycle including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and retirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP) to ensure seamless integration
- Support FIT-GAP analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live activities
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements in finance operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies
Key skills required
8+ years of experience in SAP FICO
Strong hands-on experience in:
ICMR (Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation)
Central Finance (cFIN) implementation
Expertise in:
Mapping and reconciliation processes
Real-time matching and dispute management
Experience in S/4HANA Finance preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder communication
