Your work profile
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful finance transformation solutions
- Support SAP FI-AFC implementation, configuration, and support activities across finance processes
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand accounting and reporting requirements
- Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Centre, and Profit Centre Accounting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless FI integration with other SAP modules
- Participate in FIT-GAP analysis, testing activities (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live support
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities during SAP transformation projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and standardization across finance operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial controls, and organizational policies
Key skills required
- Strong understanding of SAP FI-AFC processes and finance transformation projects
- Intermediate skills in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Centre, and Profit Centre Accounting
- Good understanding of FI integration with other SAP modules
- Experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA finance environments preferred
- Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, and accounting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in SAP implementation or support projects preferred
- Education – BTech/BE
