Work you’ll do
The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.
To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP audit and GRC engagements for clients across various industries, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Provide expert advice on SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management) to design and implement controls aligned with business processes.
- Conduct risk assessments, control evaluations, and compliance testing within SAP environments.
- Collaborate with internal audit teams and business stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive the development and implementation of SAP security and GRC frameworks, including role design and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis.
- Guide clients on regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) impacting SAP systems.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and fostering professional development.
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and workshops.
- Stay updated with SAP technology trends, audit methodologies, and regulatory changes to provide innovative solutions.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP audit, SAP GRC consulting, or IT risk and compliance.
- Strong expertise in SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and especially SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
- Solid understanding of IT general controls (ITGC), application controls, and risk & compliance frameworks.
- Experience with SAP security, role management, and SoD analysis.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements like SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and industry standards (COSO, COBIT).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and client relationships.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, SAP GRC Certification) preferred.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working in a Big Four professional services firm.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC tool configuration and implementation.
- Familiarity with audit software tools and data analytics platforms.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
- Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
