Your work profile
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful HR transformation solutions
- Lead and contribute to SAP HCM implementations and support engagements
- Work on core SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and ESS/MSS
- Drive S/4HANA HR transformation initiatives, including system design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with FI, SuccessFactors, and third-party systems
- Support FIT-GAP analysis, SIT/UAT testing, cutover, and post-go-live support activities
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements in HR operations
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and organizational standards
Key skills required
- 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM
- Strong experience in end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and support projects
- Expertise in PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS, and HR master data processes
- Experience in SAP HCM integration with SuccessFactors and other SAP modules preferred
- Knowledge of payroll processes, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle management
- Experience in S/4HANA and HR transformation projects preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication
- Education – BTech/BE
