Your work profile
We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Master Data Governance and S/4HANA implementations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting MDG solutions, with a strong focus on data modelling, UI modelling, workflow, validations, derivations, data replication, and consolidation.
Key skills required
- 9+ years of relevant SAP experience with at least 3–4 S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MDG Data Modelling, including standard extensions and custom data models.
- Proven expertise in UI Modelling, including enhancement and customization of standard MDG UIs.
- Strong experience in BRF+ workflow design and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of validations and derivations using BRF+, BAdIs, and DQM.
- Hands-on experience in MDG Data Replication, including configuration of Web Services/IDocs, activation, filters, and replication scenarios.
- Solid experience in SAP MDG Consolidation.
- Strong understanding of SAP MDG integration with S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP MDG solution design and implementation across S/4HANA programs.
- Design and extend MDG data models based on business requirements.
- Configure and enhance MDG UIs and workflow processes.
- Develop BRF+ rules for workflow, validations, and derivations.
- Configure and troubleshoot data replication using IDocs and Web Services.
- Implement and support MDG Consolidation processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical architects, and integration teams.
- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior MDG consultants.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, quality standards, and project delivery timelines.
