Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Developer at Manager level. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in SAP MDG development along with leadership capabilities to manage technical deliverables, stakeholders, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP MDG technical design, development, and implementation activities across project phases.
• Architect and develop custom SAP MDG solutions including Data Models, Workflow, BRF+, UI, and Enhancements.
• Manage technical team members and provide guidance on development best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.
• Oversee integrations between SAP MDG, ECC/S4HANA, and external systems.
• Drive code reviews, quality assurance, technical documentation, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining development standards.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in SAP MDG Technical/Development.
• Strong expertise in ABAP, OOABAP, Web Dynpro, FPM, Workflow, BRF+, DRF, BAdIs.
• Hands-on experience in SAP MDG Data Modeling and Custom Enhancements.
• Experience in SAP ECC/S4HANA integration and data replication frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage technical workstreams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management ability.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
