Job Description: SAP Integration Manager – PI/PO to CPI Migration

Role Overview

We are seeking an SAP Integration Manager with strong expertise in SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI to lead end-to-end integration migration initiatives from PI/PO to CPI. The role involves technical leadership, solution design oversight, team management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the PI/PO to CPI migration strategy and roadmap.
• Lead analysis of existing PI/PO interfaces and define the target integration architecture on CPI.
• Review and approve integration designs, iFlows, and mapping approaches.
• Oversee development, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Manage and mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants in the integration team.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with functional, ABAP, BASIS, security, and external system teams.
• Ensure adherence to integration best practices, governance, and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks.
• Support production stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in SAP PI/PO with strong hands-on and design exposure.
• Extensive experience in SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware architecture.
• Experience with complex SAP and non-SAP integrations (IDoc, RFC, REST, SOAP, SFTP, OData).
• Proven experience leading PI/PO to CPI migration or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of ECC and S/4HANA integration landscapes.
• Experience with cloud security, connectivity, and monitoring concepts.

Good to Have

• SAP BTP Integration Suite or CPI certification.
• Exposure to API Management, Event Mesh, or hybrid integration scenarios.
• Experience in large, multi-system enterprise landscapes.
• Prior client-facing delivery or engagement management experience.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to drive decisions, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
