Your work profile

• Lead and manage SAP PP processes including: Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Demand Management, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, Production Scheduling, Master Data Management (BOM, Routing, Work Centers)
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives within manufacturing operations.
• Configure and support PP functionalities based on business requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, PM, and FI/CO modules.
• Analyze production planning issues and implement effective solutions.
• SAP QM (Quality Management)
• Manage SAP QM processes including: Quality Planning, Inspection Planning, Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection, Quality Notifications, Audit Management, Non-Conformance Management,Vendor Quality Management
• Define and maintain quality master data and inspection plans.
• Support compliance with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality data and analytics.
• Project & Leadership Responsibilities
• Lead SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Manage external consultants and development teams.
• Prepare functional specifications and review technical developments.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Establish governance and best practices for SAP PP/QM processes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

Key skills required

• 8-15 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP PP and QM.
• Minimum 3-5 years of team leadership or managerial experience.
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality management processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is preferred.
• Technical Skills
• SAP PP: MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Demand Management, Batch Management, Variant Configuration (preferred)
• SAP QM: Quality Inspections, Quality Notifications, Inspection Lots, Quality Certificates, Vendor Quality Management
• Integration knowledge with: MM, SD, PM, EWM/WM, FI/CO
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and S/4HANA preferred.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as SAP Analytics, Power BI, or SAC is an advantage.
