- Implementation & Configuration: Design and deploy SAP REFX, including master data management, contract management, and lease administration (lease-in/lease-out).
- Financial Compliance: Ensure accurate valuation and reporting in compliance with IFRS 16 / Ind-AS 116 or ASC 842 standards.
- Process Integration: Integrate REFX with SAP FI/CO, Asset Accounting, MM, and Project Systems (PS).
- Data Migration & Testing: Execute unit/integration testing, data migration, and validation of real estate data.
- Business Requirement Gathering: Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and create functional specs for WRICEF objects.
9-10 years of experience
Public cloud experience is plus
