Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP SD Consultant and Project Manager with 10+ years of expertise. You will lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformations on SAP S/4HANA. You will also manage project timelines, budgets, cross-functional teams, and client stakeholders

Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations using SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
• Manage project scopes, resource allocation, schedules, and budgets.
• Track project milestones and deliver projects on time.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve project issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and clients. [1]
• Design and configure SAP SD modules including Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, and Shipping.
• Oversee O2C business processes and map them to SAP S/4HANA functionalities.
• Drive integration with MM (Materials Management), FI (Financials), PP (Production Planning), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Review functional specifications and guide technical teams on RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) developments

Key Skills Required

• 10+ years of total IT experience in SAP consulting.
• 3+ years of formal project management or team-lead experience in major SAP rollouts.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution.
• Deep knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.
• Familiarity with integration tools like IDocs, APIs, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is a strong advantage
