Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD-CS professional with strong expertise in S/4HANA Service (Service to Customer) to join at a Manager level. The role involves leading service transformation initiatives, driving end-to-end solution design, and managing client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service (Service to Customer) solutions
- Drive requirement gathering, solution architecture, and business process optimization
- Manage end-to-end Service Management processes including service contracts, service orders, warranties, and billing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI, PM) for integrated solutions
- Lead client discussions, workshops, and provide strategic advisory
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and team members
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and Clean Core principles
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in SAP SD-CS with focus on S/4HANA Service (Service to Customer)
- Hands-on expertise in service order management, service contracts, and billing
- Experience in at least 1–2 S/4HANA implementations or conversions
- Good understanding of integration with logistics and finance modules
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
