Work you’ll do
The primary role is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.
To do this, one must perform the following activities within the firm:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Product Owner for SAP Controlling (CO) solutions, managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder input.
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as Scrum Master.
- Collaborate closely with business users, functional consultants, developers, and architects to ensure clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans aligned with organizational goals and SAP CO capabilities.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality SAP CO features.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, driving resolutions to maintain project momentum.
- Support change management activities, training, and adoption efforts related to SAP CO enhancements.
- Monitor and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics to stakeholders.
- Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team and broader organization.
- Stay updated on SAP CO module updates, finance industry trends, and agile methodologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP Controlling (CO) functional consulting or finance process expertise.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master in SAP or IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Solid understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
- Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
