Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Manager to lead transportation management implementations and drive logistics optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP TM, stakeholder management, and team leadership, with experience in delivering end-to-end transportation solutions in S/4HANA or embedded TM environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementations and rollouts
• Define transportation and logistics strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage and optimize transportation planning and execution processes including:
• Freight Order Management
• Transportation Planning & Optimization
• Carrier Selection & Tendering
• Freight Costing & Settlement
• Charge Management and Billing
• Drive integration with SAP modules such as EWM, SD, MM, and FI
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution design
• Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Ensure adherence to best practices and process standardization
• Manage team of consultants (onsite/offshore) and provide leadership guidance
• Handle client communication and stakeholder expectations
• Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, and estimations
• Provide governance on project timelines, risks, and deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM configuration and implementation
• Experience in multiple full lifecycle SAP TM implementations
• Deep understanding of transportation and logistics business processes
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP EWM, SD, MM, and FI
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded TM preferred
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
