Manager – SAP Treasury

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Treasury Manager to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Treasury and Cash Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in treasury operations, cash management, risk management, bank connectivity, and SAP S/4HANA Treasury capabilities. This role requires strong stakeholder management, project leadership, and process optimization skills to support global treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Treasury Leadership

  • Lead SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) implementation, rollout, and support initiatives.
  • Partner with Corporate Treasury, Finance, Banking, and Accounting teams to deliver treasury solutions.
  • Drive treasury transformation programs and SAP S/4HANA migrations.
  • Define treasury solution architecture and best practices.

Treasury Process Management

  • Manage and support Treasury business processes including:
  • Cash Management
  • Liquidity Planning
  • Bank Account Management
  • In-House Cash
  • Payment Management
  • Bank Communication Management (BCM)
  • Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)
  • Debt & Investment Management
  • Foreign Exchange (FX) Management
  • Money Market Transactions
  • Hedging and Derivatives
  • Exposure Management

SAP Configuration & Solution Design

  • Configure and optimize SAP Treasury modules and related functionalities.
  • Design integrations between Treasury, Finance, Banking, and external systems.
  • Support SWIFT connectivity and bank interfaces.
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, CO, AP, AR, and Cash Management processes.

Project & Program Management

  • Lead treasury transformation, implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
  • Manage project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate with system integrators, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budget.

Treasury Operations Excellence

  • Improve working capital visibility and cash forecasting accuracy.
  • Optimize payment processing and banking operations.
  • Streamline treasury workflows through automation and digitalization initiatives.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end treasury activities.

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audit activities and treasury governance programs.
  • Manage financial risk reporting and monitoring activities.
  • Implement treasury controls aligned with corporate policies.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor SAP Treasury consultants and analysts.
  • Drive capability development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Manage project teams across multiple geographies and functions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, FRM, or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • SAP Treasury certification or SAP S/4HANA Treasury certification preferred.

Experience

  • 8–15 years of SAP experience with significant exposure to Treasury solutions.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of leadership or team management experience.
  • Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP Treasury/TRM implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Cash Management.
  • Experience supporting multinational treasury environments is highly preferred.
