Job Title: Manager | SF-BTP | Hyderabad | HR Transformation
What you’ll do
As a Full Stack Engineer (AI), you will drive the development of intelligent applications that
seamlessly blend AI, data science, and enterprise technology. You’ll focus on building
robust AI-driven back-end services and intelligent assistants that elevate the HR experience
across SAP.
You will:
• Collaborate with a global innovation team to design, implement, and optimize AIbased
systems that enhance SAP HR processes and user experiences.
• Design and develop Generative and Agentic AI solutions, with emphasis on datadriven
approaches, model pipelines, and high-performance back-end architectures.
• Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and custom model
fine-tuning techniques to enhance AI understanding and response quality.
• Prototype LLM-based use cases through proof-of-concepts, leveraging SAP AI
Business Technology Platform (BTP), GenAI Hub, and AI Core.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable back-end services using SAP Cloud
Application Programming (CAP) model and Python.
• Work closely with SAP Business AI, Joule, and SAP SuccessFactors product teams
to accelerate AI adoption and integration.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI and technology trends, contributing insights to align
innovation with SAP’s strategic direction.
• Apply Agile methodologies and best practices across the full software development
lifecycle (SDLC) — from design and coding to testing, deployment, and production
support.
What you bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a
related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, specializing
in AI, machine learning, or data science integrated within enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI, ML, or data science capabilities into enterprise
software applications such as SAP solutions using BTP, AI-Core, or GenAI Hub.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation
(RAG) architectures, and LLM consumption for application development.
• Strong hands-on skills in back-end development using the SAP Cloud Application
Programming (CAP) model, Python, and integration with SAP BTP services.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies including Python, and experience
with databases such as RDBMS, key-value stores, and document databases.
Experience with SAP HANA is a plus.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
