Work you’ll do
As an SF Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SF solutions for our clients across globe. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their specific requirements, translate those needs into technical requirements, and deliver effective solutions within the successfactors.
Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration & Maintenance: Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors ECP, including payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll rules.
- EC-ECP Integration: Ensure accurate data replication from Employee Central to ECP (employee master data, time data) and map pay components to wage types.
- Payroll Processing & Support: Execute payroll cycles (gross-to-net, off-cycle), manage postings to Finance, and perform year-end activities.
- Troubleshooting & Compliance: Resolve complex payroll errors, manage tax/regulatory compliance, and support Payroll Control Center.
- Testing & Implementation: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for new configurations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation and support.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP HCM Payroll, payroll schemas, PCRs, and Payroll Control Center.
- System Integration: Strong knowledge of data replication and integration between EC and ECP.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with HR and IT teams.
- Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, or related field.
