Job Description: Marketing Program Manager

Summary

The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing cross-functional marketing programs that support brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue goals. This role works closely with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in managing complex marketing campaigns from conception through execution.

 

Location: Delhi/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

 

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Strategy

·       Develop and manage integrated marketing program plans that align with business objectives and go-to-market strategies.

·       Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and inform program direction.

·       Collaborate with product and marketing leadership to define program goals, KPIs, and target audiences.

Campaign Execution & Management

·       Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing programs, including email, digital advertising, social media, events, and content marketing.

·       Own project timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

·       Coordinate with internal creative teams, agencies, and external vendors to produce program assets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

·       Act as the central liaison between product marketing, content, creative, operations, and sales teams.

·       Ensure alignment on program messaging, positioning, and deliverables across all stakeholders.

·       Enable sales teams with program materials, playbooks, and performance insights.

Measurement & Optimization

·       Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics and CRM tools.

·       Provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance and increase ROI.

·       Continuously refine processes, workflows, and best practices for scalable program management.

Budget & Resource Management

·       Manage program budgets, monitor spend, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

·       Forecast needs and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Technology & Tools

·       Utilize marketing automation, project management, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Asana, Salesforce, Google Analytics) to plan and track program activities.

·       Support implementation of new tools, workflows, and systems as needed.

 

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

·       3–7+ years of experience in marketing program management, project management, or campaign management.

·       Strong understanding of integrated marketing and demand generation strategies.

·       Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.

·       Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

·       Experience with B2B, SaaS, or technology marketing (preferred but not required).
