Your work profile

We are seeking a Transition Manager to lead cloud service transitions into steady-state operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transition Planning & Governance

- Develop transition plans.

- Define scope, governance, and success measures.

- Maintain RAID logs and dashboards.

2. Knowledge Transfer Management

- Build KT frameworks.

- Ensure documentation and process walkthroughs.

- Validate KT completion.

3. Operational Readiness & Handover

- Validate SOPs, access, escalation paths.

- Conduct readiness drills.

- Provide formal handover documentation.

4. ITIL Process Alignment

- Align transitions with ITIL processes.

- Harmonize client and internal processes.

5. Stakeholder & Client Management

- Lead communication with clients.

- Manage escalations.

Key skills required: 

- Maintain risk registers.

- Ensure compliance before handover.

 - Identify process gaps.

- Recommend KT/documentation enhancements.

 - Experience in cloud operate/service transitions.

- Strong ITIL and ITSM understanding.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
