Key Responsibilities:

 


·      Gather, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements related to ITOM processes

·      Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow ITOM modules, including:

·      Discovery

·      Service Mapping

·      Event Management

·      Cloud Management

·      Operational Intelligence (as applicable)

·      Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery patterns for on‑prem, virtual, and cloud infrastructure

·      Implement and support Service Mapping for business services, including dependency mapping and technical service modeling

·      Configure Event Management rules, alerts, correlation policies, and integrations with monitoring tools

·      Work on CMDB architecture, CI class modeling, relationships, normalization, and CMDB health improvements

Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party tools using REST APIs, MID Servers, and event connectors (monitoring, cloud, APM tools, etc
