Key Responsibilities

Functional & Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of CCH Tagetik solutions.
• Manage financial consolidation, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Tagetik solution designs.
• Configure Tagetik workflows, data models, business rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure alignment with accounting and financial reporting requirements.

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end Tagetik implementation and enhancement projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consulting partners.
• Drive system upgrades, testing, and migration activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Finance leadership, Controllership, FP&A, and IT teams.
• Conduct workshops and solution reviews with business stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for process optimization and automation.

Data & Reporting

• Develop and support financial reports, consolidated statements, and management dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
• Support integration with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or other source systems.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor Tagetik consultants, analysts, and support resources.
• Drive knowledge sharing and capability development within the team.
• Establish best practices for system administration and support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in CPM/EPM solutions, with at least 4+ years in CCH Tagetik.
• Hands-on experience in Tagetik implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of Financial Consolidation, FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent certification.
• CCH Tagetik certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting processes.
