The team

Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on Finance, Supply Chain, SAP, Oracle and Project/Program Management

Your work profile

The primary role of a is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, you must perform the following activities:

·      Work closely and collaboratively with teams to analyse client operations, gather data, brainstorm potential options, and make choices about right operating models;

·      Assists Finance organizations with solving complex challenges and adding greater value to the business

 Duties and Responsibilities

• Implementing budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning 
• Analyzing financial/workforce models and reports (spreadsheet/non-spreadsheet-based models) and translating those models into Adaptive Planning
• Provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.) for the Adaptive suite of products
• Maintain proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suite
• Develop and enhance the existing Adaptive Planning product offering 

Required Skills/Experience

• Must hold Adaptive Planning certification
• Certification in both Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials is a plus
• 6+ years of experience with at least 2 end to end implementation of Adaptive Planning 
• Strong financial and/or management accounting background
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
• Well organized and detail-oriented  

Education: 

CA / Graduation / B.tech / BE / MBA
