As a Senior Consultant in our Crisis Resilience AI & Data you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
The responsibilities of current role may include:
· Support and lead overall bid management across all stages of RFIs and RFPs for large complex deals Work with various teams across all stages of RFIs and RFPs for large complex managed services deals
· Co-ordinate with business and function leaders on data and deal artefact collation, crafting solution documents, facilitating risk and independence checks and driving commercial model discussions
· Review efforts estimation as subject matter expert
· Understand financial models created by business teams
· Craft commercial construct considering the client’s financial baseline, the price-to-win, allowable cost, and client savings analysis — build multiple pricing scenarios to suit customers' requirements and create financial metrics based on that.
· Conducts sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of volume fluctuation, cost escalation, scope change, service level penalties and different pricing scenarios.
· Involve in internal discussions with different leaders in the firm as part of sales pursuit process
· Act as the last checkpoint for costing by getting the costing assumptions validated by the respective cost owners
· Act as gatekeeper for key commercial terms
· This role is based out in Bengaluru
Key Skills
· Good business awareness, understanding the broader context in which delivery has an impact on overall business performance
· Good knowledge of IT outsourcing, BPO and managed services
· Strong Excel and modelling skills
· Fulfil own role largely independently with only key milestones, deliverables and decisions being reviewed

· Highly organized, detail oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience
· Minimum 5 years’ experience
· 2-3 years’ experience in pre-sales and bid management role for Managed services
· Education - MBA, from tier 1/2 institutes or CA
