Your work profile

• Monitor regulatory developments, industry standards, supervisory guidance, and emerging compliance expectations.
• Assess the applicability and potential business impact of regulatory changes.
• Maintain a regulatory obligations inventory and change-management log.
• Map regulatory requirements to policies, procedures, risks, controls, processes, and accountable owners.
• Coordinate impact assessments with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Develop implementation plans, milestones, ownership models, and remediation actions.
• Track regulatory change execution through governance forums and management reporting.
• Escalate overdue, incomplete, or high-risk regulatory change activities.                                                             

Key skills required: 

• 5+ Experience in Regulatory Change Management and Regulatory Monitoring, with the ability to track and assess new regulations, supervisory guidance, and compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Impact Assessment, Compliance Risk, and Gap Analysis to identify business and control implications.
• Experience managing Regulatory Obligations, Regulatory Inventories, and Compliance Requirements, including mapping requirements to policies, processes, risks, and controls.
• Hands-on experience in Regulatory Implementation and Remediation, including action plans, milestones, ownership, and issue tracking.
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk Management, Escalation, and Management Reporting for regulatory change activities.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills, with experience working across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Operations, and Business teams.
