Senior Analyst

Lead – SAP CRM Functional

Location: Pan India

Experience Level: 2–4 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP CRM modules to meet business requirements.
• Gather and analyze business processes related to customer relationship management, sales, marketing, and service operations.
• Assist in translating functional requirements into system design and configuration settings.
• Participate in solution design workshops, gap analysis, and blueprinting activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, S/4HANA) and third-party systems.
• Support testing activities including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and support post-implementation.
• Identify and resolve functional issues and recommend process improvements.
• Stay updated on SAP CRM product updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in SAP CRM Functional consulting or support roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Interaction Center.
• Understanding of CRM business processes and industry best practices.
• Experience with SAP integration techniques and data flow between SAP CRM and other systems.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and SAP project lifecycle is preferred.
• SAP CRM certification is a plus.
