Your work profile

As an Analyst, you will work closely with senior team members, learn DevOps practices, and contribute to automation, deployments, and support activities while building strong foundational skills in cloud and DevOps technologies.

• Assist in supporting application build and deployment processes using DevOps practices
• Work with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
• Support deployment activities across environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
• Learn and contribute to automation and cloud infrastructure tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development and testing
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

CI/CD & Automation

• Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using:
• Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos)
• Support build and deployment activities
• Learn pipeline automation and continuous integration concepts

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Support provisioning and management of Azure services:
• Virtual Machines (VMs)
• Storage Accounts
• Basic networking (VNet concepts)
• Assist in infrastructure setup under guidance

Containers & Kubernetes (Exposure Level)

• Basic understanding of: Docker containers
• Kubernetes concepts (AKS exposure preferred)
• Assist in deployment of containerized applications

Monitoring & Support

• Monitor applications using:
• Azure Monitor / basic logging tools
• Support troubleshooting of basic deployment and environment issues
• Assist in resolving L1/L2 support tickets

Security & Access

• Learn and follow security best practices
• Support basic tasks involving:
• Azure AD
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Assist in handling access requests

Key skills required

• Education: Any bachelor’s or master’s degree
• 0–2 years of experience in IT / Cloud / DevOps (including internships)
• Basic knowledge of: Azure Cloud fundamentals, DevOps concepts (CI/CD)
• Familiarity with: Git version control
• Basic scripting knowledge (any one): PowerShell / Bash / Python
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies
• Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to have

• Exposure to: Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Basic knowledge of: Docker containers
• Understanding of: Cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS)
• Azure certification (good to have): AZ‑900 (Azure Fundamentals)
