About the Role 

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Python-based test automation, Playwright frameworks, and modern DevOps practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites, ensuring product quality, reliability, and high coverage across UI, API, and integration layers. 

This role requires hands-on expertise with Python testing frameworks, CI/CD workflows, containerized environments, and structured test management. 

Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Python, Playwright, and Pytest. 
• Build reusable and scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend validation. 
• Execute and manage test cycles using TestRail. 
• Perform API validations using Postman. 
• Utilize Docker to run tests in containerized and isolated environments. 
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC. 
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps-driven workflows. 
• Identify gaps in test coverage and continuously improve automation efficiency. 
• Troubleshoot failures, perform root-cause analysis, and provide detailed defect reports. 
• Ensure test strategies align with product requirements and release timelines.

• Familiarity with API contract testing and performance testing. 
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or cloud-based test execution environments. 
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and agile processes.
