Key Responsibilities 

·       Run operating cadence for leadership forums, including agenda creation, pre-reads, action tracking, decision logging, and follow-through. 

·       Create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and narratives that translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations. 

·       Serve as the operational engine for vendor innovation initiatives, ensuring disciplined movement from idea to pilot to scale or exit. 

·       Support data governance and reporting initiatives by establishing repeatable processes, validation controls, and single-source-of-truth reporting. 

·       Continuously identify manual, fragmented, or inefficient processes and design automated or AI-enabled solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability. 

·       Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and opportunities with clearly articulated options and next steps. 

·       Adapt quickly to new, unexplored problem spaces and take ownership from problem definition through solution delivery. 

Required Qualifications & Experience 

·       4-6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, analytics, or similar roles. 

·       Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with minimal supervision. 

·       Strong experience supporting senior leaders or executive-level governance and decision-making forums. 

·       Experience with Data, analytics, or visualization certifications (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.). 

·       Advanced proficiency in Data analytics, reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving. 

·       Demonstrated ability to connect data, context, and strategy to drive outcomes. 

Preferred Qualifications 

·       Exposure to IT services, vendor management, procurement, finance, or enterprise transformation programs. 

·       Hands-on experience with dashboards, workflow automation, AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or scripting. 

·       Comfort working across geographies and time zones with global stakeholders. 

Certifications (Preferred) 

·       PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar program management certifications. 

·       Automation, AI, or digital transformation-related certifications.
