Job Title: Consultant / Senior Consultant – Manhattan OMS

Service Line: Supply Chain & Operations / Digital Commerce

Role Overview

As part of our Supply Chain & Digital Commerce practice, you will work on large-scale Order Management System (OMS) transformation programs, leveraging Manhattan OMS (Active Omni / DOM) to enable seamless omnichannel order orchestration. You will contribute to solution design, implementation, and support while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end Manhattan OMS implementations including design, configuration, development, and testing
  • Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable OMS solutions
  • Configure and customize Manhattan Active Omni / DOM modules across order capture, promising, fulfillment, and returns
  • Develop and integrate APIs/services with enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, eCommerce platforms)
  • Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
  • Provide L2/L3 support, including incident resolution, RCA, and performance optimization
  • Contribute to solution architecture, design documentation, and best practices
  • Participate in Agile delivery models, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Manhattan OMS (MAO/DOM) implementations
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel retail and order management processes
  • Technical expertise in Java, Spring, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON
  • Experience with system integrations and middleware frameworks
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, or supply chain transformation programs
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain systems (OMS, WMS, TMS, ERP)
