Job Title: OMS Integration Consultant / Senior Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced OMS Integration Consultant / Senior Consultant to design, develop, and implement integrations between Order Management Systems (OMS) and enterprise applications such as ERP, WMS, eCommerce platforms, and third-party services. This role requires strong expertise in system integrations, APIs, and end-to-end order lifecycle processes.

Experience Requirements & Location

• Consultant: 4+ years of relevant experience
• Senior Consultant: 7+ years of relevant experience
• Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon/ Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between OMS and external systems (ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce).
• Build and manage APIs and integration services using REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, and EDI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation across systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure system stability and performance.
• Maintain technical documentation for integration architecture and workflows.
• Work with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Consultant)

• Lead end-to-end OMS integration design and implementation.
• Define integration architecture and best practices.
• Act as a client-facing Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Mentor junior team members and review technical deliverables.
• Drive solution optimization, scalability, and performance improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with OMS platforms (e.g., IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan OMS, SAP OMS).
• Strong expertise in integration technologies (REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, EDI).
• Experience with middleware/integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, etc.).
• Solid understanding of order management and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Retail or eCommerce domain experience.
