Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct As-Is and To-Be process mapping to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation within KYC workflows.
  • Gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business and regulatory needs.
  • Partner with technology teams to support solution design, impact assessment, testing, and UAT activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks across all KYC process enhancements.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate requirement discussions, and maintain clear communication across business and technology teams.
  • Document Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Drive end-to-end business analysis activities, including requirement validation, approvals, and sign-offs.
  • To prepare comprehensive project status reports and maintain accurate documentation, enabling transparent communication and informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with with cross-functional stakeholders to align local operational goals with global strategic objectives, fostering consistency and synergy across regions.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of BFSI operations, specifically KYC, CDD,  and related regulatory expectations.
  • Proven capability in process re-engineering, including detailed mapping of current-state and future-state processes.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating business cases, process documents, and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
