Job Title: Senior Consultant | APM: BFSI BA | Bengaluru | Finance Transformation
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct As-Is and To-Be process mapping to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation within KYC workflows.
- Gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business and regulatory needs.
- Partner with technology teams to support solution design, impact assessment, testing, and UAT activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks across all KYC process enhancements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate requirement discussions, and maintain clear communication across business and technology teams.
- Document Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Drive end-to-end business analysis activities, including requirement validation, approvals, and sign-offs.
- To prepare comprehensive project status reports and maintain accurate documentation, enabling transparent communication and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with with cross-functional stakeholders to align local operational goals with global strategic objectives, fostering consistency and synergy across regions.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of BFSI operations, specifically KYC, CDD, and related regulatory expectations.
- Proven capability in process re-engineering, including detailed mapping of current-state and future-state processes.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating business cases, process documents, and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
