The Team

Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on Finance, Supply Chain, SAP, Oracle and Project/Program Management.

Key Skills required:

• Overall 8-10 years’ professional work experience of which minimum 6 years must have been in Reporting and Analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Computer Science/Data Analytics or equivalent
• Strong understanding and hands on experience in eazyBI and Power BI
• Strong understanding of JIRA
• Experience in  Tableau, SAP BO, SAC, DOMO, MicroStrategy will be preferred
• Hands-on experience in Data Modelling, Data Visualization, Data Discovery, Data Sourcing and Data Strategy.  
• Experience working on large datasets from multiple data sources such as Odata, SQL server, Azure, Analysis Services, Web, Oracle Database, IBM DB2 Database, PostgreSQL, Teradata, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Google BigQuery.       
• Familiarity with Cloud Based Analytics and Data Warehousing Solutions on AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Strong understanding on SQL and NoSQL databases and familiarity with the Data Pipeline Architecture (SQL Server, Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Amazon DynamoDB, Cassandra, MongoDB, Azure Data Factory, Databricks)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) data from various sources.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO, SAC, or DOMO
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Apply statistical analysis, advanced visualization and coding techniques to identify meaningful data trends and predictive patterns.
• Design data models and intuitive UI layouts for optimal user experience.
• Automate recurring reporting processes using scripts and workflows.
• Ensure high data quality by identifying and addressing data anomalies or integrity issues.
