Your work profile

Scrum Master with minimum 8-12 years of experience to support three cross‑functional agile teams operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ART. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, enabling teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes while aligning with ART and organizational objectives. This role requires strong collaboration with Product Owners, Release Train Engineer (RTE), and other Scrum Masters to ensure smooth execution of Program Increment (PI) goals.

• Team-Level Responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for three teams, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile / Scrum principles, SAFe practices, and a continuous improvement mindset
• Identify and remove team-level impediments, escalating ART-level blockers to the RTE when needed.
• Support teams in maintaining healthy backlogs, clear sprint goals, and predictable delivery
• Foster psychological safety, collaboration, and accountability within teams.
• Program / ART-Level Responsibilities
• Actively participate in PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt (I&A) events, Scrum of Scrums, and ART syncs
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure alignment between team objectives and PI goals
• Collaborate with RTE and other Scrum Masters to drive ART-level improvements and flow
• Support dependency management across teams and promote effective cross-team coordination
• Coaching & Continuous Improvement
• Coach teams on flow metrics, quality practices, and DevOps mindset
• Enable teams to inspect outcomes, identify improvement actions, and track them to closure
• Guide teams toward maturity in self-organization and ownership

Key skills required

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach, with at least 2+ years in SAFe or large-scale agile environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe roles, events, and artifacts
• Proven ability to facilitate conversations, resolve conflicts, and influence without authority
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Certifications (Preferred)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / PSM I or higher
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
• Education : UG and above
