·      Design and deliver dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, and the broader MS ecosystem

·      Leverage CoPilot and AI tools within Microsoft 365 to enhance decision intelligence and workflow automation

·      Translate HR data into actionable insights that improve experience, performance, and adoption

·      Build robust data models and pipelines to ensure consistency, traceability, and storytelling through metrics

·      Shape analytics strategy within broader HR tech architecture and employee experience design

EightfoldAI Specialist - 1 position

·      Lead end-to-end configuration and deployment of EightfoldAI for hiring, internal mobility, talent marketplace, and skills intelligence

·      Translate talent needs into platform logic — including skills taxonomies

·      Support integration of Eightfold with core HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)

Act as the subject matter expert on EightfoldAI in broader HR tech strategy and transformation projects
