The Team

Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) helps organizations transform their planning and decision-making processes through connected planning, digital transformation, and enterprise performance management solutions. Our Anaplan practice partners with global clients across Finance, Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, Sales Planning, and Integrated Business Planning to deliver scalable planning solutions that drive business value.

Your Work Profile

• Design, develop, and enhance Anaplan models, modules, dashboards, UX pages, actions, and processes based on business requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning processes and translate requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions.

• Support end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

• Perform model optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvements while adhering to Anaplan best practices and Planual standards.

• Develop and support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems using APIs, CloudWorks, Anaplan Connect, or ETL tools.

• Support UAT, SIT, regression testing, and production deployments while ensuring solution quality and business acceptance.

• Prepare functional and technical documentation and conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Work closely with global delivery teams and client stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Skills Required

• 2–6 years (Consultant) / 5–8 years (Senior Consultant) of experience in Anaplan model building and implementation.

• Strong hands-on experience with Anaplan modules, lists, hierarchies, actions, ALM, DCA, UX, Workflow, and Data Hubs.

• Good understanding of planning processes such as FP&A, Supply Chain Planning, Workforce Planning, S&OP, OPEX Planning, or Sales Planning.

• Experience in solution design, requirement analysis, testing, and stakeholder management.

• Exposure to integrations using APIs, CloudWorks, Informatica, MuleSoft, or similar tools is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

• Anaplan Model Builder Certification is preferred. Solution Architect certification will be an added advantage.
