Your work profile

Lead requirement gathering workshops and discovery sessions across FP&A, Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, Sales Planning, and other Connected Planning use cases.

Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solution designs, model architecture, and implementation plans.

Drive end-to-end delivery of Anaplan workstreams including model building, UX development, integrations, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

Partner with business stakeholders, architects, integration teams, and project leadership to ensure successful delivery of planning solutions.

Lead UAT planning and execution, including test scenario definition, defect management, and business sign-off.

Drive model optimization, performance improvements, governance adherence, and implementation of Anaplan best practices.

Support Data Hub architecture, integrations, security design, and enterprise-scale Connected Planning solutions.

Mentor Analysts and Consultants, conduct solution reviews, and support capability development within the Anaplan practice.

Contribute to proposals, demos, POVs, accelerators, and practice development initiatives.

Key skills required

5+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Connected Planning, or Anaplan implementation projects.

Strong experience in Anaplan Model Building, UX, Data Hub architecture, ALM, security, and integrations.

Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification required. Solution Architect certification preferred.

Experience delivering planning solutions across FP&A, Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, Sales Planning, or similar domains.

Strong understanding of planning processes, business modeling, and performance management concepts.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Ability to independently manage client interactions, lead workstreams, and mentor junior team members.
