Work you’ll do

Android Developer Sr.Consultant JD

Required Skills:

·      Design and build Kotlin/Java applications for Android mobile platforms

·      Use object-oriented development principles in Kotlin to reach project solutions

·      Proficient in implementing Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) architecture for scalable and maintainable code.

·      Strong expertise in Kotlin programming language for Android development.

·      Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose for building modern, responsive UI.

·      Proficient in using GIT for version control and collaborative development.

·      Solid understanding and implementation of unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

·      Experience with Retrofit for network operations and API integration.

·      Knowledge of implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure and seamless user authentication.

·      Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking and project management.

·      Experience in setting up and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Role Description:

·      Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

·      Ensure the application follows MVVM architecture for better code management and scalability.

·      Integrate third-party APIs using Retrofit and manage network operations efficiently.

·      Utilize GIT for version control, ensuring smooth collaboration and code management.

·      Write and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability and quality of the code.

·      Work with Single Sign-On (SSO) to secure user authentication.

·      Use JIRA for tracking issues, managing tasks, and collaborating with team members.

·      Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

·      Identify and troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure the application runs smoothly.

·      Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

·      Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

·      Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Additional Skills/Preferences

·      Experience working with and implementing Bluetooth based solutions

·      Experience implementing solutions using more advanced platform features including the use TensorFlow Lite, Augmented         reality solutions and voice-based solutions

·      Experience developing and/or supporting Software as a Medical Device (Samd) solution.

·      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.

·      Understanding Quality Management Systems (QMS) and how to effectively deliver software within the processes and                expectations of those systems.

·      Practical knowledge of Agile software development concepts and associated implementations.

·      High level of intellectual curiosity, external perspective, and innovation interest

·      Previous experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry and/or environments regulated by the US Food and Drug             Administration.
