The Team
Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice helps financial institutions modernize their technology platforms and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Our Banking & Capital Markets practice focuses on developing and enhancing enterprise applications that support banking operations, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements. By leveraging Java technologies and regulatory solutions such as Axiom, we help clients streamline financial processes, strengthen reporting capabilities, and address evolving business and regulatory needs
Key Responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience in IT/SRE automation, AIOps, service management, or related areas.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, LLM-based automation, workflow automation, ITSM, observability, and ChatOps.
- Experience with platforms/tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Azure/AWS/GCP, observability platforms, and automation/orchestration tools is desirable.
- Strong understanding of SRE, incident/problem management, ITIL, automation governance, and operational analytics.
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and automation/scripting.
- Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
- Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, or similar automation/DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS and monitoring/observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered automation.
