Your work profile

• Seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with experience in sales force service cloud to own automation framework development, and quality delivery across web, API. The role demands strong proficiency in automation tools with sales force service cloud experience, and the ability to integrate quality practices into CI/CD pipelines.

Must‑Have Skills

• 6–9 years’ experience as a QA Automation Engineer with salesforce service cloud hands on experience
• Strong proficiency in Selenium, Cucumber BDD, Serenity, and Java
• Hands-on experience in API automation using Rest Assured
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce service cloud
• Experience working with Oracle and/or Teradata
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation integration
• Working knowledge of Linux, scripting, SQL Server, and data warehouse environments
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools such as Copilot, Claude is a plus

 
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
