Role Title: Performance Tester – OMS (Consultant)

Location: [Gurgaon/Noida/Bangalore]

Engagement: Client-facing performance validation

Role Summary:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test plans to validate the scalability, responsiveness, and stability of the OMS solution under expected production workloads. You will work closely with architects, developers, and business users to ensure the platform meets performance SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define performance testing strategy and approach for OMS.
• Develop performance test scripts (Load, Stress, Soak, Spike) using tools like JMeter/LoadRunner.
• Execute tests in pre-production environments and gather performance metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks and work with technical teams to analyze root causes.
• Validate system behavior against SLAs and provide actionable insights.
• Report performance trends, issues, and recommendations.
• Support performance benchmarking and capacity planning.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Experience on MAO, Sterling OMS, BY OM, Fluent Commerce will be preferred.
• Strong scripting skills and understanding of system resource analysis.
• Experience with infrastructure, databases, and middleware performance considerations.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
